Privacy

When you browse

Our hosting provider records standard request data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and aggregate traffic statistics. We may use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics.

When you use the assistant

Your messages, the page you asked from and a session identifier are processed so the conversation can continue. The assistant does not ask for contact details. Please do not type tax file numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive identifiers into the chat.

Partner links

When you follow a partner link, the partner’s own privacy policy applies to what you do on their site. The link records which OPC Direct page you came from so the referral can be attributed.
